Trying to actually do stuff to my Jeep that I’ve had on my list for a long time, transmission fluid and t-case fluid change. I drained the fluid but my transfer pump broke so now I have to get a new one delivered before I can finish the project.

Next up is re-installing my RuffStuff tie rod, then new unit bearings, DT ProGrips, and Carbon Off-road axle shafts.

Then maybe drive it for once.

That’s a nice little maintenance list, definitely will be trail ready once the quarantine is lifted.

Last weekend I got the Carbon Off-road front axle shafts, unit bearings, and Pro grips put on.

Today, I got the rear Pro grips on. The rear axle shafts are a bust for now. One had a bent retainer plate, the other one had messed up spline.

The pro grips are nice, pedal feels smooth and stopping is effortless. Can’t wait to see what they’re like when they get broken in.

Are the pro grips worth the coin?

They are better than stock. But if they’re worth $1000, I’m not sure.

With 37s I do believe they are worth the coin, never had them with 35s, but same effect. Not only do you stop faster but it's also a nice balanced stop, minimizes nose dive which keeps you in better control. Are pricey though, so I waited until it was time for brakes anyway, helped mitiage the cost, at least in my head.

All good points. I’ve noticed less nose dive, don’t get me wrong, they are nice.
