Obligatory chips and salsa... but will also be doing some steak fajitas on the Blackstone. The mother in law is in town, so we’ll have some homemade tortillas!

Pretty stoked about it.

*Edit - Even though the Saints aren’t playing.

Lol, it's actually not half bad prepared properly. I bet someone's made tofu musubi.

Actually that's a good call - I think I'm gonna make some for Sunday afternoon pre-game

EDIT: NOT with tofu

I like tofu in certain dishes...but musubi's would not be one of them...and musubi's would be excellent for the game; try grilling up some bulgogi (boneless kalbi) and teryaki salmon for them...

Sounds good...we are going half charcuterie/cheese's/olives, etc...and half full blown Mexican with a cooked down boneless butt, frijoles, avo's, pico de gallo, nachos, etc, etc....I have a tortilla press, but I think I'll be too blitzed to make home made tortilla's this time round.

Mmmm, good call there - gonna have to try those.

If you have tofu on SBS, we can't be friends. :cheesy:

(the actual code for that emoji is fitting)

Rest assured, no tofu will be served in our domicile this Sunday :thumb:

Haha, I was scratching my head til I saw the coding in my reply window...

Delicious. I don't buy ground beef anymore. This is so much better. I found a blend that mixes in some liver and heart and it's the bomb for chili. Gives it a much meatier taste.

:dont_tell:

I may have to try that out. Sounds good.

I had a buffalo ribeye steak last night. That was a pleasant experience. I didn't cook it, but will look for them now to cook my own.
