Smoking Meat -- Tips, Opinions, Recipes

Gonna do some pork ribs today (my mother in law’s favorite). I’m going to try the 3,2,1 method. Haven’t done it this way before. Anyone who’s has tried it. How’s it come out? Or should I just stick to my standard smoking Procedures....

3,2,1 is always good. A little time consuming but it just adds to the love. Lol
