Haven't seen anything on their FB Page. Usually, during events the park is still open to regular wheeling and they never change the admission price regardless of what's going on.

Yup, checked last week because I was afraid there was an event going on, but the park will be open to the public that weekend.

Bump to the top! Getting to the end of April, just seeing if anyone else wants to join the run.

Me, too! Does most of the group have at least lockers, 35s and some rock sliders? Just trying to get an idea of what trails we should/should not go on.

As far as I know there are 3 of us coming down from the Iowa area.... Myself and my Better half and geckoglow. Gecko is on 35's has sliders LSD rear and Aussie locked front. My better half has 35's LSD rear Aussie locked front and hand me down rubi rails. Myself 40's Locked front and rear full armor. We all 3 have winch's.

Gecko is planning to come down on Thursday. I will be heading down either Thursday or Friday and towing the better halfs rig behind mine (planning for Thursday).

Is it June yet???

I'm running 35s, no lockers (just rear limited slip), stock Rubi rails. So easy trails are on my list. Sorry my Jeep is a work in progress.

Cool. We went a couple weeks ago and I brought some neighbors with me that have a FJ on 32's and a Tacoma Crew Cab on 35's. FJ only had a rear locker and the Tacoma was open front and rear. We ran a couple 3's(on a scale of 5, think they might've even added some 6's now).

Anyways, none of them had any major problems and we all drove home under our own power.

Even for those of us on 37"+ tires, there are still some fun spots on the 3 trails, and we could hit a few 4's without any serious drama. If you get scared, just drink another beer and give it more skinny pedal. Always seems to work out, haha.

Are there any bypasses if I don't feel comfortable running the 4+ trails? As in, can I go around obstacles that you guys wanna run, but still stay in the group?

hehehe... I was wondering the same. When I'm there on 1/2 May, I'll probably run a few of the 4's as there will be spotters that are familiar with the park. I'll certainly post up with the latest information.
