Tucson's Back the Blue event

Saturday August 27th, we are having an event to show support for our Police. There aren't a ton of details yet but the time is set for 10am at the moment.

I understand we have about 70 jeeps so far. Some might come down from Phoenix even.

If you're interested I'll keep posting details as I get them.

Its going to be a great event. We are at about 90 Jeeps right now. Raffles and t-shirt sales all profits going to Tucson Police Department.

Man, I would like to attend this event foe such a great cause, don't know if I can talk the wife into the 7 hour drive for the day.

Hi All. I am a police officer and I live in San Diego. Tucson AZ is about 400 miles away. I really appreciate the support and its nice to know people out there still care. I'm going talk to my wife and maybe we can make a weekend of it. Are there hotel/motels in the area to stay that will be near the event. Any info would help. Thanks.

I'm not familiar with the area enough to offer hotel suggestions. Hopefully some of the guys from up that way will chime in.

Convoy will run from the outlets mall in Marana to Lazy Days RV.
