Details: 285/70R-17 (LR-C) Nitto Ridge Grappler | Discount Tire Direct

Please note that there's a glitch in our system that's causing the backorder tag to appear. We actually have these in-stock as pointed out by the picture below.

-UPDATE-

We just received a shipment of 285/70R-17 LR-C Ridge Grappler tires today (10 tires total); they will be live on our website tomorrow. You can place order for them by phone now at 1.888.459.4080; retail pricing is $246.45 each with FREE delivery.

On a side note, members have been inquiring to the weight difference between the 285/70R-17 LR-E VS LR-C. According to our specs provide from Nitto, the LR-C weighs 54.45 lbs, which happens to be the case for the LR-E as well. I believe the 54.45 lbs is correct for the LR-C but not the LR-E. Reason being... a member from another forum weighed one of his LR-E tires which weighed 58 lbs.

What's the sidewall ply on these?

3-ply polyester for LR-D and up, 2-ply polyester for LR-C.

Can I order online? When I check your site it shows unavailable in my area (SoCal)

Your local store may not carry the size you need in-stock. If this is the case, they can order the set you need from Nitto; lead time on ordered products is typicality a few business days.

You can purchase them via our mail order site if you'd like as well; whichever works best for you. :thumb: if you purchase through our mail order division, the tires will ship directly to you, you can then take them to your local store for installation. Installation runs $16.00 per assembly and includes lifetime balance and rotation.

What's your mail order site? I have beadlocks which I will install myself anyways. But will take it to my local AT for balancing. :thumb:
