Eh for me I have to worry about payload since I need to tow a trailer so the 30lbs would be reasonable to trim if possible. Same reason I ditched the aux battery. None the less, I still have a steel front bumper and winch. I don't really trust aluminum for a bumper's job.

Oh I meant to ask how does the colorado's power compare to the ecodiesel when towing, more or less. I'd assume the ecodiesel would feel much stronger with 100 more ft/lbs and 8 gears.

I assume she has a colorado? Does your jeep have the ecodiesel by chance? I've yet to tow with mine but loading it up to full payload on 37s didn't slow it down very much at all.

they're dana spicer parts so I'm not that worried. The pinion isn't that much smaller than stock. I've been towing and off roading with no issues....well thusfar.

I think its a fairly confident assertion to state that the gladiators are not selling well if the sales numbers are down AND they're offering very large discounts. There could be other factors but this is definitely a prevailing perception.
