I’m surprised that California still supports the castle doctrine. However, it’s not perfect, you had better be sure you’re in danger before applying deadly force or you’re going to have trouble. Of course, you can also be sued civilly by the intruder and/or his family. 🤦‍♂️

I bought five of them from America’s Tires when I got my KMC’s and haven’t had any issues. Don’t believe they are OEM and were cheaper than that if my memory serves.
