Because this is the country where Baby Biden was on the Board of some nefarious corporation and Daddy Biden covered up the intentional "bribing" that was going on to try and control a then VP of the USA.
This is the same country that Dirty Don tried to get the dirty laundry on Daddy Biden and got caught with his hand in the cookie jar.
Daddy Biden is paying back said country with "aid" for their current conflict.
This is all totally just my opinion from observing actions between the two countries.
