My kid is on one of those probably headed towards Tahoe area next.
Sent me a couple videos one looking at a fire next one he’s getting slurry bombed

There are a number of fires in AZ, including one which is pretty close to our house there (the "West" fire).

I left Phoenix heading home and there was a serious head wind all the way home. Got 13 mpg on the way home and almost 16 going the other way. So yea those windmills were pumping. No not all, probably half. The smoke was crazy. Soon as I hit the state line the sky turned dark, like apocalyptic.

Thanks to the Horn, Cloudrest and the Bivens Creek fire in the Tobacco Roots, we are getting smoked out now. It wasn’t this smoky when I left for work today.

More fires are popping up left and right. 3 started yesterday.

Just caught a glimpse of the smoke coming from the wildfires from the Tobacco Root Mtns today. Sad to see especially since there a lot of good trails in those mountains and a lot that we haven’t explored yet.
