Were you able to save the meat?
Good thing it was not a direct strike on an Elk. That does quite a lot of damage.
Oh the thing was long gone. I think it just laughed at her and ran off. I wish I had the meat. I would relish it every time I ate itWere you able to save the meat?
Fortunately we don't have those around here. Deer is the largest concern in our areas. Now there's a place not to far from here that has a bit of a zoo and one thing they have is camels. One of them got out one time and some hit that. I bet that was a thing.Good thing it was not a direct strike on an Elk. That does quite a lot of damage.
Getting better each dayYou are better it seems![]()
That’s funny shit

I see that it ran MS-DOS 2.11 and the user data was saved to battery backed RAM so if the battery died, the user data was lost. Regardless, this would have been a top of the line portable at the time.Thumbing through the 1984 issue of Scientific American I found this also. One of the first "laptops" full 656k of memory, built in modem, and only 9lbs!

Yeah no kidding. Ignorance was bliss.I'd rather go back to that time period.
I have a laptop computer which is even older. It still worked a couple of years ago when I last turned it on. It also stored all of the user data in battery-backed RAM. While it does not use MS-DOS, Bill Gates wrote much of the software inside. It came with the BASIC language from Microsoft.I figured. I didnt know much about them at the time because I was 3...haha
