That happened to me the first time I did eggs on mine at the house. My patio has an angle I wasn't aware of until that exact moment. I've never looked for something to block it but always thought it would be nice to have.That’s cool, I need to pick up a couple of those. On my camp blackstone, the first time I cooked scrambled eggs I lost nearly all 8 of them in the grease trap.Happened so fast, and I was so surprised, I just stood there and watched.
