Thanks for hooking it up, Eddie/Cindy!

Anyone know how this thing is set up for plugging in? Some way to fasten up the cord so you can slide it into place/have it plugged in for charging/aux use? The little side bump out looks like it may play nice with the cord, but not sure.

Also, to clarify - how does this stay in place? Watched the video on their site and it looks like it just sits there? The other one available has a spot to screw in to the pocket above the radio, but then you lose the pocket. this looks like you still have some use of that pocket, which is a win!

Thanks Eddie for a great deal. What iOS apps are members finding useful while on the road? Is there any thought about a similar mount for an ipad? ( I know size wise it may make it a little clunky but I've got a couple of old ones lying around).

Same question. Does it work with the plain jane radio? :idontknow:

The iPad pairs to radio with Bluetooth so any unit with Bluetooth should work for wireless install. You could always modify the mount to use the headphone jack to aux port too. Didn't look like the mount has spot for that cable just the power to me. Maybe one with the mount already could confirm that.

Thanks for the info! So I guess to really get the most out of this for us guys with the regular radio in order to have things like nav work you need a cellular plan for the iPad
