I have no idea. It didn't have any brand markings on it other than "strut" which I believe is an aftermarket bling company.

I was hoping someone here could ID it

I can't tell but the blacked out logo above the grill looks like an International/Navistar emblem.

Edit: I think I was right, I'm guessing this is the base of this vehicle, obviously a lot has been done to make it look badass: http://www.navistardefense.com/NavistarDefense/vehicles/mxt_mv/mxt_mvu

I got here 15 minutes ago and I saw 5 or 4 Crome out hummers... Only one look bad ass
