Looking for a commuter car

Agreed. I look at about 20 per week. Nissan CVTs not doing well.
That's why I chose to get a manual in my Sentra. A friend of mine had a 2014 or 15 Sentra and had a lot of issues with their CVT. I brought this up to the salesman and of course he said its all worked out..
Good info... Is there a way to tell if there's an issue? This car has 110k on it.

I went back and reread their extended warranty. It's 10 years 120k. I believe if they replace it under warranty it resets because they've had so many issues. With 110k it's close to expiring if it hasn't been repaired so I'd be hesitant. I thin kthe only way would be to take the VIN to a dealership and have them run the records.
Yeah, I've never owned a Honda, but I hear good things. Stupid expensive... Sorta like Jeeps. 🤣

Yeah when a fully loaded new Civic is nearly 50k they are stupid expensive..haha. Even a base model is over 20k. If they were cheaper I'd have gone that route. Even older Civics with 200k on them still fetch a premium.

I’m selling an 02 VW Jetta VR6 (6 cylinder) with 152,000 miles. Just wanting to go to a newer car and 4 cylinder for a commuter. Iv been looking at the 2012 Chevy Cruze and 2012 Hyundai Elantra. Some thing along those lines they get around 38 mpg Highway.

Sorry man, we picked up a 2012 Mazda 6 last weekend. Good luck with the sale, though. 🍻
