That thing is looking really good. The grill, fenders, and a small portion of the frame is about all that's left of the CJ...haha. Flex test looks good got to do something to keep you motivated..

Gonna be working 12s next week, hopefully only next week. Made some progress while I have the time. Got the steering column parts machined to fit in the universal joint and test fitted the steering wheel. Modified the brackets for the brake booster, will weld them up in the next couple days and install the new master cylinder and brake booster.

Still waiting in some tubing to come in, so I've been going through all my short cuts and adding supports. Stiffened up the rear with a few. And final welded some that had already been cut and notched.

Fuel cell supports are in. I'm really happy with how the fuel cell fits in the cage. Put the seats in to start working on the steering done.

Took out all the old wiring and fuse box. Going to make a very simple harness with relays and circuit breakers instead of fuses. Took out the old dash to make a new one. Made a mounting bracket for the u joint that holds the steering column.

Closed up a few holes in the fire wall, still need to clean the patches up. Remebered how much I don't like welding sheet metal.
Started working on a plate to mount the steering column and orbital valve on.

Added some supports going from the shock hoops to the section of frame with the engine mounts. Should help stiffen everything up front when I cut out the unneeded part of the old frame. Started plumbing the transmission cooler lines. I wanted to make each line out of a single piece of tubing. Got a little too short on this line. Hopefully the next on I can make the way I want it.
