San Diego is literally top off season all year. I went a year without putting my top on when I lived down there other than bikini too. Went most of that time with no doors too.

I drive my Jeep every day and everywhere. It sucks when the seats and carpet are soaked and reek for a week straight - don't have a garage to put it in and don't have another car to drive.

LOL - it's still getting down into the 30's overnight here and as far as rain goes, that's what a bikini is for
