Very cool process! Glad it’s all level!

Very nice those look great

Nice work. :thumb:

Thanks! I have noticed a difference (for the better) in the handling/body roll since installing.

Awesome flex for a homemade(professional quality) kit!!! [emoji106]

Thanks! I’m really happy with the results and was surprised to get that tall without lifting a tire. I’m getting excited to head up north and test everything out!

Here’s my newly designed front disco:

Just cut the excessively log bolt down so it doesn’t stick past the nut. Done!

What a difference! I can actually lift the doors off without dropping my nuts to the floor! [emoji41]

Good work on all your projects! I want to replace my liners this summer.

The hardest part was getting the old liners out. Make sure you have a removal tool or a chunk of 1/2” outside diameter pipe or rod will work.

Not much this weekend, just a wash and some new stickers:

Not real impressed with my nickel platter:

And treated myself to a new creeper since my fat ass broke my 30 year old Craftsman last weekend. I got this on sale at Meijer for $25 plus saved another $5 on my automotive purchase:

I did some more measuring and settled on the design of my side step/slider:

The support tubes will be 2” x 2” while the step it’s self will be 1 3/4” x 1 3/4”. Looks like I’ll be brushing up on my welding skills [emoji15]. I’m still undecided whether to bolt them to the frame or weld. I guess we’ll see how the welding goes and decide later.

Found some shop time and started work on my side step/sliders. Cut the 6 standoffs from 2”x2” square tube at the cold saw:

After some careful layout, the corners were drilled and cuts made at the bandsaw. An air file was used to clean up the cuts and deburr the edges.

Some test fitting of the concept:

I’m pretty happy with the fit and look thus far.
