Well, the cover not fitting is really your fault, not Dynatrac's. I think I would've asked ahead of time and if they ended up not being needed, you could just return them.
As for the card...
Cheap fix = black electrical tape. Takes 10 minutes to open up the dash and remove the guage cluster. Small piece of tape over the light, put it all back together and no more light. That's what I did...
They are EBC made pads. Red stuff judging by the bed-in coating on them, but it's possible Dynatrac have a special "blend".
That's my setup, and while they are close, they fit just fine!...
If I were you, having just spent all that money, go out and wheel it... a lot. I think you'll figure out pretty quick whether the suspension is holding you back from something.
Assuming you're talking about removing Evo D-ring holders, you should be fine to switch to a full bumper if you just trimmed down the framerails to be flush with the crossmember.
But if you cut...
There is a special paint you can use for painting radiators that won't impact the efficiency. Maybe that's what he used?

Quadratec JK-APT2011 12 Volt Power Adapter
Yeah, the factory D44 still has it's problems. The tubes are thin and the C's are weak. Picking up an aftermarket 44 greatly improves those two points of weakness and will give you a lot more...
That's just the housing correct? Not the knuckles, brakes, gears or axle shafts? Sounds ok to me, but you'll need to put a lot more money into it if it's missing pieces.
Not worth rebuilding...
Quadratec has a great video of how to do it.

Nicely done on the mic placement and mount work. I was in the process of installing a new stereo in mine until this cold weather hit us. I might borrow your idea.

Thanks for posting those up. I just got the 4200NEX and I'm not a huge fan of those Metra filler panels. Might have to check them out.
Also, in case anyone's wondering how to get around the...
I didn't really miss mine when I removed it for space. Like others have said, it wasn't that great to begin with and the location is terrible for people who really need the room in the back.
