It sounds like you want a good quality finish on them however. So don’t buy Home Depot spray paint. Go to an actual paint supply store that mix automotive finishes and get a base coat...

5th gear isn’t for accelerating anymore when you have big boy tires, mainly coasting downhill... with a tail wind..drafting a semi.
If this is a new development with no tire /wheel changes than you...
