I'd take it to the dealer but would also look for any cracked/broken welds on the front and rear control arm brackets, track bar bracket.

Check the trackbar bolt torque, loosen them to relieve any...

does it get rid of the lights? i did the steering wheel dance to disable it but the light is always on.

what tuner did they use to program with? Did they put the tune to stock using the tuner then disconnect the battery to reset the ECU then try the tune again?

having the dealer flash the ECU might...

Visually compared the steering boxes for the JK and JL where the steering shaft meets the steering box and they both appear to have the same amount of movement.

Maybe a dial indicator to see if...

I'm still 100% stock and dealt with more than normal wandering in my steering when in Utah and temps were in the 30s*. Going over RR tracks caused more of a bump...

1. check the prestone site for compatibility, I have prestone in 2010 that I used to top off after a thermostat change and have had no issues but Prestone listed it as compatible with my system.

The headlamp multiswitch is J10

just thinking outloud… did you check the headlamp plugs for corrosion?
