I’m not a metallurgist, but I think it would be fine. Aluminum expands faster than steel so less heat would be needed. I think just getting the loctite uncured would do the trick.

Heat will help. The bolts have loctite on them. Try to heat the area where the threads are to melt the cured loctite and expand the threaded hole.

We have the Cooper Discoverer AT3-4S on one of the Liberty’s and have been really happy with them. It’s been 2.5 years / 25k and they still look new and have barely worn. I paid $650 all in and at the time got a $70 rebate. I would buy them again! Actual pics:
