AEV Pintler wheels flat black, NEW.

I love Pintlers. I just don’t want to destroy another set, I rather sell them to somebody that will enjoy them as much as I did. I ran them at 12psi every time I wheeled, without any issues. Here’s some shots of my old ones.

Rebuilt of a Billet Silver mall crawler

Did a deep torque job on her today. Touched every suspension component. Quite a few bolts were a little loose, nothing crazy but not to spec. The loosest being front track bar at frame side. The most satisfying part of the job is of course the “click”. I must say I am getting tired of torquing...

How much compression in front driveshaft, 2008 jkr, auto trans

Sorry that happened to you. I am laying under my Jeep now torquing the bolts up. I snapped this photo for you. Not sure how much shaft is inside the sleeve on the pinion side but I would say at ride height there would be about 2” of travel in or out. If you still running factory front shaft and...

Jeep JK Wrangler Stainless Steel Extended Brake Line Installation Write-Up

Mine are just like this, not zip tied to anything. Just make sure to spin them to your liking (away from everything) while tightening the flare nut.

Looking For How-To Torque Draglink at Pitman Arm

My PSC box came with just a lock washer as you can see on the pic. In your case, maybe you needed that flat washer to offset things of a bit. I believe that connection is tapered so that flat washer might have helped with what you needed. Pitman arm nuts are tighter than hell and in general...

Did you also coat your frame with used motor oil? I heard it helps to prevent rust...... [emoji23] Jokes aside, I used this last time instead of WD40. Smells good [emoji524]

    Transfer case speed sensor

I do too have my traction control kick in more than it should. Not as bad as you are describing it. I don’t have any codes come up either. I did clean my tone rings in the rear and replaced the sensors, which seemed to help a little. I know I have a bent flange in the rear and it looks like the...

Not too proud to admit I can’t do something.

For anybody that might have missed what I said in my previous couple posts. I did paint their bolts and tried again with a new wheel they sent me. I always OCD about torquing everything to spec with anything I do. I was extra careful, I even used an in/lbs torque wrench on the first two steps...

    Winch Statistics (WAYALIFE version)

I used my Warn Zeon 10s one time so far. I was hung up pretty bad, with all 4 wheels of the ground. It dragged me of the rocks without a problem, it was amazing 🤤
