I love Pintlers. I just don’t want to destroy another set, I rather sell them to somebody that will enjoy them as much as I did. I ran them at 12psi every time I wheeled, without any issues. Here’s some shots of my old ones.

Mine are just like this, not zip tied to anything. Just make sure to spin them to your liking (away from everything) while tightening the flare nut.

My PSC box came with just a lock washer as you can see on the pic. In your case, maybe you needed that flat washer to offset things of a bit. I believe that connection is tapered so that flat washer might have helped with what you needed. Pitman arm nuts are tighter than hell and in general...

For anybody that might have missed what I said in my previous couple posts. I did paint their bolts and tried again with a new wheel they sent me. I always OCD about torquing everything to spec with anything I do. I was extra careful, I even used an in/lbs torque wrench on the first two steps...

I used my Warn Zeon 10s one time so far. I was hung up pretty bad, with all 4 wheels of the ground. It dragged me of the rocks without a problem, it was amazing 🤤
