I’ll echo everyone else and I’m guessing you’ll let us know, the roll over. Hate to see it ever, but at the end of this epic trip?
I absolutely loved the series. I plan to sit down on a day off, with an adult beverage or 6 and watch them all back to back again. Thanks to all of you who went and...
Ruffstuff said they “stitch weld” their bungs, regardless of tube size. So I set my machine for the 1/4” DOM and did my best. Not as pretty as theirs, but better each time IMO. here are the best pics I have...

I really do hate mud. But! I have a designated route I take for test drives. On two occasions today I had to stop due to heavy thunderstorms. Goes without saying the dirt roads on my route had some mud. [emoji849]
So Ruffstuff sent me new threaded bungs for all four arms. I finally shortened all four arms 1” today and welded the new bungs in. Pinion looks dead on and no issues now. A lot of work but saved some coin.
I saw someone mention the other day that they centered their steering wheel with JScan. I gave it a try today and am impressed.
Since adding an aftermarket draglink and doing a flip with my 4” lift I’ve played hell trying to center my steering wheel. It’s dead nuts center now!
If you like the Leinenkugel Summer Shandy and can’t find it, look for the Sam Adams Porch Rocker. Very close in taste, IMO.

Solid 8 hours of work today on Spider.
Remember those rear control arms from Ruffstuff that were too long? Well, I chopped an inch off of all four arms, welded in new bungs that RS provided free of charge, repainted with VHT chassis and installed them. I also addressed some of my lousy welds on...
Steering stabilizer back on finally. I used a collar and shock tabs from Barnes 4wd. Welded it up and did a test fit. The new bracket is getting some color added now.

Very fun to watch and each episode makes me want to make this trek someday. The ice slough was particularly interesting to me.
Part 4 guess, 20:01

I couldn’t help myself, so I cracked the box open. Come to find out the instructions say to open everything and confirm part numbers before install. So I’m an instruction follower today! [emoji23]
Also, last night going to work was the first chance I really got to drive with the ProGrips. I...

In preparation for running the compressor and lockers, I updated and moved some of my switches around today.
Top two will be for the lockers and bottom one is for my FU lights on the A pillar.
I moved my round switches for chase and rock lights down to the dash below the left vent.
Loved it, as usual! That flex is insane, almost unnatural looking, especially on Jet. I’m guessing Adam’s would’ve flexed more if the sway bar would’ve worked. At least he didn’t rip his muffler off? [emoji23]
