Stock 44 front with UD60 rear

Think everyone has covered it all but also want to add, people forget what other costs come with upgrading axles and 40’s. You will need new steering for the wider axles, PSC for the 40’s, new front and rear 1350 drivelines, probably new/corrected suspension for the 40’s and of course the new...

Alignment specs for 5" long arm kit?

Then adjust using the uppers. Not saying caster is 100% the issue but can absolutely contributes to drivability. Do you have a big fancy steering stabilizer? Those can also contribute to that.

Stock 44 front with UD60 rear

I personally think you are wasting your time and money. You will have to run spacers up front unless you don't mind the width difference and you will have to run two different lug wheels. I'll also add that your JK already has a true 44 in the rear. Even on the Rubicon, the front axle from the...

Alignment specs for 5" long arm kit?

I’d start with adding more positive caster, closer to 5°. If axle position is good, you can shorten the upper arms. If you only have adjustable lowers, then you will make the lowers longer.

Knocking sound in the front end - tie rod gone to crap?

I think we end up replacing JL/JT factory steering more any anything else. 60K miles is actually really good compared to what we have seen come through.

Oh yeah LP6 on the a-pillar is pretty big. The XL's look good their though in my opinion. They are also pretty dang bright.

Well we actually did the standard LP6 on yours with the lockout harness since at the time, these weren't released. If you want to do the DOT ones, let me know. Since you had halogen lights from factory, their pigtail kit will work to use oem light switches.

For an a-pillar, I would still use the standard LP6 for the light output. These were really designed as a headlight option. They are actually popular for some motorcycle applications as well.

Yes definitely not as bright but these were made specifically to run as headlights hence the DOT. Of course that kinda sucks for light output in off road settings but I can tell you, the standard LP6 on the road pisses off a lot of people. The JK specific kit works as follows: If you have...

I really only started using FB for family stuff and now mainly IG/FB for business. To be honest, if it wasn’t for the business stuff, I probably wouldn’t use it at all.
