Mine do look at little bigger than that. Not sure if they changed rotor sizes or not. I also went 72" axles and went with 17" wheels with 4.25" backpacking. Not sure what size wheels you are running

Can't say i really looked at the weights until they were ripped off but it was only the fronts that hit the calipers. The rears clear just fine

72" on the axles and 4.25" on the wheels. its about 3" wider than it was before so not too wide but im sitting about 85" total width

There is one other thing I haven't tried yet that a few people have said was the ticket to get them firm on the Facebook page. They will pump the pedal and manually crack each line on the ABS pump. Im not sure if fusion mount and balance their own wheel sets, or if they are out sourced. Totally understand every wheel and axle combo will fit different but I do find it odd that I would get a wheel and tire set that didn't work with the axles I bought them with. Idk

Worth a try to have a buddy build pressure on the pedal and I crack the lines on the master? I can get to the lines on the master from the bottom. Id have to remove all the GM computers to get to the master from the top

Not saying it can't be done but I'd have to peel back quite a few other things with rhe motor swap to get to it. Is there a better way to get air out out of the master without removing it? Just burn through a bunch of fluid and open the front left caliper and pump away?

No I haven't removed anything other than the brake lines at the axles
