Thats a good 10 years out. Im planning on it being my retirement project. Wanting to do the full triangulated 4 link move the gas tank 16" coilovers etc.... So kinda looking for a 10 year solution that will still be fun with the V8 and 1 tons without being a big fab job to be cut off later

Sweet sounds like I should be set then, I have 2 sets of 6 tons for the frame Jack's, I also bought a set of the car dolly rollers to roll the axles in and out. 3 pairs of regular jack stands 2 of the super tall stands and 2 roller dollies I think I'll be good to go

Ended up buying a set of those tall ones. $250 was worth my piece of mind I guess smd then if for some reason they are in the way to work I'll have the weight on the frame stands

gottcha, thanks! i was looking at something like these to help support off the front and back bumpers but they are quite expensive and not sure how much they would be in the way to work. I gotta pull them both at the same time. My dad is snagging my old axles about a month before the new ones...

Anyone got any tips for jack stand placement to pull both axles without a lift? Last axle swap I did was just the front so it didn't seem as sketchy lifting it nose high past level, but this time im pulling both and being a 2dr I feel like it's gonna be so front heavy with just jack stands on...
