When I took mine off. I took all the bolts out but one. The one on the inside. I backed it out as far as I could and cut the head off with a cut off wheel. Then I cut the part off the frame, cleaned it up with a flapper wheel, and hit it with paint.

I truly understand I'm not unique, but my friends make shit tons of money replacing head gaskets on these rides. So can I replace the head gasket? Absolutely. Do I really want to, Not really. would I rather try to buy some time with a small mod absolutely, so. WGAF

I basically installed this because I don't like my temps to run high. My ride is heavy and I put the hammer down. I'm not in the right lane lollygaggin. For a few bucks It gives me peace of mind.

Yes, it drops the temps. Makes it kick on at 195.

I installed the r p m extreme temperature controller today. Pretty straightforward hardest part was getting the stupid plug case off. It started up, and no lights came on.So that's a plus😁 the hottest it got was 201, so we will see next week when the temperatures rise..
