haha, JK turned 10 this month. 135K miles. Passenger side spark plug gaskets and radiator had been leaking for a while. Decided to tear down and replace. No, good thought though. I’ve been lucky and haven’t had an issue. Probably will in 5K miles now lol.

I only got it because I actually have a handful of them that I have collected over the years. I have one of them stuffed between my hood and the body panel on the passenger side because my hood is bent and the little rubber piece asks like a spacer for it.

Curious to hear what they find out if you return the part. Even if the part does prove to have been skewed in the fixture when it was fitup, your experience does not change my opinion of Synergy. I will still continue to buy parts from them. They have good designs and use quality materials.
