There is no need to remove the grill. You can access the caps of the housings from the rear. The air cleaner box needs to come out. That doesn't take long to remove.

Both Rigid and Baja Designs have their SAE compliant series which will help keep you in good graces with the local LEO. But regardless of "compliant" lights, no lights can be aimed as to blind oncoming traffic and most states have codes to that effect.

Here's a whole thread on the topic. There's no majic. Fundamentally, you have ethylene glycol and propylene glycol coolants. You can use any ethylene glycol based coolant. Prestone makes a compatible coolant. Don't use propylene glycol. I believe this information is in the owners manual.

If I'm not mistaken, the bulb sizes are in the owners manual. At least they are for my old 2018. Worse case, pull a bulb out. It's marked on the bulb.
