    I think the more important thing is that you get a rubicon or get prepared to spend more on upgrading things (i.e. lockers, fenders etc) that would more than exceed the cost of a Rubicon out of the box.

    Whatever JT you get - get a Rubicon - I am in the process of replacing a bunch of stuff that I wouldn't have had to if I just would have started with a Rubicon (they didn't have any on the lot when i got mine last year).

    And here I was asking about long arm setups a month or so ago... this looks awesome, it looks more along the lines of what you would see on a trophy truck - would be cool to see how these flex out compared to stock. Those arms look indestructible.

    Was also wondering if you could turn off MDS? Thats my only dislike with the 392 - known many people who had issues with AFM/DOD GM v8's (and supposedly the Hemi's with MDS are not immune to this).

    Congrats ! Happy to see another person who got one - I remember seeing 1 on the dealer lot when i bought my gladiator- but it was instantly bought (even with a $25k markup). I love the accessory drive setup, and what they did with the intake. Did you end up having to pay a markup on this one ?

    The rubicon axles aren't really any stronger - they are just wider (on Gladiators anyway) and come with lockers already installed

    Seems to me like the right answer here is for me to stop being a bitch and just put up with what I have and order 1 tons - upgrade once is cheaper than paying for all these upgrades that I KNOW i will end up replacing a year or so down the line.

    So as I've posted before I am going through a set of upgrades and I was looking at the cost of upgrading gears, adding lockers, stronger axles and knuckles - all in the cost was about what it would cost (or negligible) to just swap the whole axle out for a Ultimate Dana 44 (or a Prorock 44)...
