All black. Only exception: bare steel. Or bare aluminum. As I grind the black paint off my beadlock ring, I’ve actually really grown to like the silver accent.

@mphilleo, I just did the driver side without removing anything else. Definitely need a swivel socket and a 90 degree pick for the connector, but otherwise it was just as easy as the passenger side…just a heads up.

Before I replaced the clock spring, I had P0390 - camshaft position bank 2 Since I replaced the clockspring, the airbag light has not returned. Only intermittent CEL, ESC, and limp mode. Haven’t re-checked codes since changing the clock spring. Just now replaced the bank 2 camshaft position...

OP, skids or no skids, there’s no need to buy them from Micronesia.

Big bump, I know, but this is the only decent clockspring page I could find. I’m about to replace mine. Am I good to just disconnect the battery for 15 minutes and not have the airbag go off? Anybody do this on a jk and can chime in?

LOL, the drive back was surprisingly worse. With this weather we’ve been having, it was sleet / snow all the way to Fairplay…don’t see my carpet drying out before the end of this week😂

Really not sure yet. Had just come off the trail and immediately after I hit the highway, CEL and ESC / ABS, lit up. Checked for obvious damaged lines, and didn’t see anything. But yea I didn’t know you could create a clean bypass and have everything else work normally by pulling the fuse👍...
