I think the electric fence is definitely helping. I was finally able to harvest some ripe tomatoes!

Yes it came with a voltmeter and a ground rod. I got it from the link I posted in this thread a while ago.

I was finally able to set up an electric fence yesterday. I only got a couple 100 ft rolls so it was not enough for the entire garden. If it seems to work, I'll get more rolls. Crossing my fingers!
