I went through the same exact thought process. Starting looking at 38s immediately after seeing this thread, saw the price, debated 40s. Decided to just rotate my Coopers and maybe save for 38s next year lol.

Damn, that’s a clean build. I have had those method 105s for years, but I have the older super thin rings. I want to buy the ones you have shown here. So much sturdier and they look badass.

My 2016 JKUR automatic has stalled going into reverse right after startup before. Checked the battery at oreilleys and it was well under its factory power. Replaced the battery and it did not stall again. I have replaced my stock battery terminals. Definitely helped with random stuff like...

Damn…2.8 million miles was a pretty good run, though.😆 I wonder if there is some way to do a flush…

Agreed on battery terminal. The speedo jumping all over the place is the most consistent symptom that I have had on my JK, caused by the loose terminal. Even if the negative terminal seems pretty tight, I take it off and reinstall it, and the problem is solved.

Great experiential advice here. Only thing I would add is keep one under your pillow.

Definitely a lot of factors in buying a vehicle. Just from a ‘what do I like the best’ perspective, number 1 has my vote. That thing is sweet.

I used to come home from school and play Carousel on my hand-me-down Fender Squier and my practice amp in my parents basement almost every day… They have been playing M&Ms pretty consistently since they started touring again.
