    Evo Swaybar Link sizes

There really is no exact length per se. Really depends on the travel of the suspension. Ideally you will want them a tad too long than too short. Best way to get a good length is to droop out your axle and measure. You should be able to go off of EVO’s though. Rears are usually longer as shown.

Rubicon axle leak from locker actuator

We use brake cleaner all the time and will be fine for a quick cleaning. As mentioned though, the plug gets saturated inside and most like it seeping through the pins inside.

You can completely disconnect and remove the plastic plug in the housing without removing the cover or anything inside. Can do this to give it a good cleaning and check the o-ring seal on the plastic housing.

These are a great option if you live in a state that does inspections and/or you are big on having a DOT legal wheel. With that said, I’d still suggest a true beadlock wheel, especially if you are concerned about rolling a bead. I can also say that I’ve never had or heard of anyone getting...

Could be that too, just couldn’t remember if that fully disables 4WD.

    4wd inop

Sounds like an issue with the FAD (front axle disconnect). Check the plug and wires. If you had a lift recently installed, the wires need to be freed up from the frame a tad or they will be too short and get pulled on causing damage.

    Gear Pattern Check

I've never used a spreader and do it by feel but, you should have to tap in the shims. You can get a good feel for preload as well when pulling it back out. It shouldn't be crazy tight but have some decent resistance coming out. I'm sure you may have already done it but with the Dynatrac 44...

    Gear Pattern Check

Starting depth is usually .042 on the JK is usually a good starting point and going up from there. I’d actually just try getting closer to .006 backlash before pulling pinion shims if you can. And definitely redo the pattern doing what @CalSgt said. Adding pressure to ring gear really helps lay...
