Just installed a top carrier on my trailer because I'm going camping but it's not the final installation, it will be mounted on a removal rack.

What axle size did you go with?

I don't know the size of the axle, it came on the boat trailer that I bought. But I know that axle gave me a lot of ground clearance.

Dude, I'm really digging it! So you cut down old trailer using original axle? What bolt pattern and tire size? Did it match jeep pattern? Do you know trailer make and model? Tire size you are sporting?....please.
