stock psi recommendation?

Hi everyone just wanted to know what psi I can safely air down to on my stock 245/75r17 tires and what I should air up to for the most comfortable ride on road.

12 offroad and 36 on road to keep the TPMS light off.

I've found that airing down to 20psi works great in most situations be it sand, rock or mud plus then it leaves you the back up of being able to let a little bit more out if needed.
Dropping to 12 straight away seems a bit extreme and until you know your rig and can read the trails you'll run a higher risk of rolling a tyre off the rim.

Start like I did- 14 offroad and 30 on pavement. I now go to 12 offroad but the MTRs are stiff so I run them at 24ish on pavement.
