So is that a Dana 44 in the rear and a 30 in the front? Seems odd to me.
But those special gloves!!!
Worth it now.

I wish it was more than just stickers. To go for a true Willys style, it should come stripped down with OD canvas top and seats and no carpet. Maybe steel MilCon bumpers and naturally all the Rubicon running gear. Top it off with flat paint. More like the J8 Sarge that is exported.

So for my work I got to go down the the LA Auto show and a snapped a few photos of the jeep booth and I must say
It's great that jeep is coming out with an affordable model but all it looked like jeep did was added a new color and slapped on a few stickers. Here's the photos I took.

This Jeep would be perfect. Extra Off Road goodies without all of the Fluff, and a reasonable price range!

I love the fact that Jeep did this instead of another COD, special addition that adds to a price tag.

EDIT: I can't tell if it also includes the sway-bar disconnect or locking diffs, can anyone tell?

Black Rubi wheel & Tires, 3.73 gears, rear limited Slip, connectivity package, rubicon rock sliders, rubicon springs and shocks, and a bunch of stickers....all for about $2500

Considering the cost of other special edition packages and their content, this isn't such a bad deal

I guess realistically it is still leaps and bounds more capable than the OG CJs or even the TJ limited edition. I was sorta hoping it would have similar colors to the TJ willys though I.E. Camo seats and OD green.

Wouldn't mind the black grill on mine. They should black out all the nuts on the doors and hood, etc.

Ooops! Looks like the bolts are blacked out. Hard to tell.

Not sure about the dragon edition though.

Yeah I guess I could make my 12' 2 door wrangler a willys edition just plastidip it black and put the stock suspension back on.
