    Video Editing

What does everyone use to edit their own videos? Just recently got my GOPro Hero 2 don't have a ton of experience with it.

I just take all the video and then download to my Mac and let it sit there unedited taking up hard drive space. LOL!

Actually I've used the iMovie software and it works pretty good. Probably better if I knew what I was doing.

There are some pretty good editors on here. I'm sure they will chime in.

    Thanks for asking this question.

I am getting ready to a GoPro and would like to know about video editing software for Windows too.
It comes with CineForm Studio editing software. Is it not any good ? (grammar)

I do mine using iMovie but I have not figured out how to burn the high resolution content to a DVD. I transfer it to iDVD and it loses a lot of quality. Do I need another program like adobe.

well, it's a dvd and, it will be a lot lower in quality. if you want to retain your quality, you would need to burn a blu-ray.

My experience has been that iDVD is not HD quality. I believe you would need a blue ray burner for that. iMovie has worked for me too but the only way I have been able to view it in HD is by exporting it to YouTube or Vimeo. Or, on your apple computer sharing it to iTunes and then sharing it to your apple tv on your big screen. Once it's in iTunes you can also throw it on your iPhone or iPad too.

About us
“wayoflife” is a moniker that I’ve been using for 20 years now and I chose it because I think it does a great job of explaining, in simple terms, the passion I have for Jeeps and the Jeep way of life. This is a lifestyle that transcends age, gender and race as the only thing you need to be a part of it is a love for the outdoors, a desire to explore, a yearning to take on a challenge and a will to conquer it. Over the years, Cindy and I have attempted to capture the essence of this lifestyle through photographs and videos and share it with others around the world. And, this is how WAYALIFE was born.
