Expedition One JK Trail Series Rear Bumper With Smooth Motion STC complete with Hi-Lift Jack mount and CB antenna mount. Bumper is in SF Bay Area, might be willing to deliver to Sacramento or LA area. $950/OBO. Currently set up for 8 on 6.5 lug pattern but can easily be changed by moving the lug nuts on the wheel mount bracket (it is drilled to support multiple bolt patterns).

San Diego is not too far. I am going a different way with my build and will be using a different bumper/tire carrier set up.
