This is my latest favorite, brewed Turkish style... Sublime and the name does mean 'almost heaven.'

Hard to see in the pic, but it is a Starbucks (which I usually do not like) seasonal blend called Casi Cielo, from Guatemala.

First of all I must say, I wish I would have noticed the previous coffee thread that was brewing rather than starting a fresh pot... Now in regards to the Turkish brew, my 'mods' are necessary as I am not choosing authentic Turkish coffee beans, can't get the grind fine enough with my grinder as is called for, but it will do, and I don't have the fancy pot called for, but a typical saucepan works just fine, I do pass on the flipping of the grounds left in the cup for fortune telling. Not into that at all ~ God knows the plans He has for me!
