Hello all, just for verification, will 35x12.5r17s fit on a stock 11' JKs without any modifications besides wheel spacers? I have no lift and just stock fenders....

you will need to cut your fenders or buy a set of flat fenders to make them work. if your running them on the stock wheel then you will need a set of 1.5" wheel spacers as well.

They will fit but if you don't trim your fenders, I believe they will rub. And you might need to trim your pinch seems, I'm not sure.
Not to that stage yet, but I'll be there soon

I have the same size tires on my '08 with 1.5" wheel spacers and a 2" BB cant turn at full flex without the risk ripping my fenders off.

I think the OP is confusing 35" with 33". 33's will fit with the spacers and won't rub on road. If you wheel it and disconnect, even the 33's will rub the stock fenders.

35's will also rub your front factory bumper.
