It all depends on the dealership you go to. Some, like the one I go to will fix anything without any questions. Others will fight you the whole way.

Yes. There's a lengthy post around here from WAL about a struggle he had with a warranty repair. My rear locker failed and they denied my warranty coverage due to my lift. After about a month long ordeal, they finally repaired it and flagged my Jeep for future repairs.
