3.5"-4" lift and need help setting front upper/lower control arms

I have a 2 door 2007 JK Rubicon. Doing a total rebuild (gears, trusses, axles, etc) and ready to install front axle. I have Metal Cloak upper/lower control arms. Their site lists what the lengths of the arms should be but it doesn't seem right. Seems like the the arms are too short at this point and the axle needs to move toward the nose of the JK. I was wondering if anyone knew what is a good starting point length on the uppers and lowers to get the axle sitting correctly under the JK before I set my caster?
Should I use your installation write up for setting caster?
