4 in plush rides

looking to change out my 3.5 coils to 4 plush rides , on a 4 dr how much of a difference will I see if any ?

I have the 3" plush's, and saw just under 4" of rear lift with a full bumper and carrier. trek top. keep in mind they advertise to give 4" of lift to a stock jeep I believe. FWIW, I absolutely love the ride of these coils. I have 5100 shocks but will probably go to the rancho adjustables when my piggy bank gains more weight
