So there I was fixing a broken window lock when BAM! a plastic shard went into my eye just as I was thinking I should get some eye protection on.



Spent the day with a patch, eye drops and some antibiotics for the next week. Good times!


Oh and wrap the jimmy too. :thumb:

I did something very similar while grinding on my jeep and getting metal in my eye. Hindsight is a real bitch. Hope it gets better quick.

Dam! Reminds me when my wife and I were building a shed. I was using a framing nailer while building the walls. My wife was bitching at me to wear my safety glasses. No sooner after I put them on a nail shot back and hit me in the glasses. We both just looked at each other. Very lucky that day.
