Rattle/shift

I notice at times when I accelerate there is kind of a rattling sound, and it doesn't do it all the time...is this a common sound? Going in for oil change in about 1,000 miles and going to inquire. Also anyone have problems going from 2wd to 4 high or 4 low? Noticing that shifter sticks.

Im guessing you have a 6sp? My girl has just about 15,000 on it and its always had a little rattle to it. Ive gotten kind of used to it and never really was concerned about it. Never noticed anything sticking going in and out of 4wd. Mine is a 13 10th anniversary rubicon 4 door with the 3.6 in it 6sp.
