New noise - rattle or flutter from behind the dash

Over the past few days a plastic rattle/flutter/tick sound has developed behind the center of the dash or possibly glove box.

It happens at about 40MPH + and sounds like a plastic flutter or ticking.

Anyone have experience with this? Its not terribly loud but just loud enough to be heard over the radio.

I thought it might be the wires from my A pillar lights so I zipped them down a few more times but that didn't help.

After taking her back to the dealer friday for the recall on the trans cooler line. They ran the starscan and no more noises....

I had a similar sound, turned out to be one of the parts label attached to the inside of the A/C blower fan had peeled off just enough to flutter...that noise travels!
