I have a 4 door one available, is there a difference other than length of pipe behind cat converter?

Yeah that's the only thing I think that would be the difference of the two.

Well if you want to cut the pipe shorter, I've got one off a brand new 2014 jk, let me know if you want it

I have the stock exhaust from my 2012 JK 2dr sport sitting in my garage. I was just going to take it in for scrap metal.
