i felt the same way when i was trimming mine. just make sure you have the lines tapped off before you start cutting and you will be fine. oh and follow Eddie's write up about it. :thumb:

I did mine with a less dramatic cut at first so I could re-cut if necessary. It ended up being really easy and I kept my initial cut. Used a jigsaw with a fine tooth metal blade and kept in line with my tape. I then hit the uneven spots with a sander. It's easy, just hard to make the first cut.
